Dr. Chui Ka Lun is a Hong Kong urologist who pioneered three minimally invasive urology techniques in Hong Kong's New Territories East Cluster: HoLEP (Holmium Laser Enucleation of the Prostate), Transperineal Prostate Biopsy, and Transurethral Seminal Vesiculoscopy. He is a National Security Instructor and has actively promoted medical integration between Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area, encouraging multi-site practice for Hong Kong doctors. He also supports the HKFTU specialist clinic charity artificial joint program 'Walk With You Stand Up' (與你同行站起來).
